| Research short bio | Rocío Celeste Romero Zaliz is an Associate Professor in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Granada and Deputy Director for Research at CITIC‑UGR. She is a member of the DaSCI Institute and leads interdisciplinary research in bioinformatics, computational biology, natural language processing, and neuromorphic computing.
